For videotape, send the highest-quality copy possible. If it is the original or “master”, be sure a back-up copy is made and retained before sending VideoOttawa.ca the original. Only submit material not protected by copyright or it will be returned at your expense.
For Video To File Transfer Service
An external hard drive is required to save the video files on it. Customers can supply their own or VideoOttawa.ca can provide an external hard drive for an additional fee. Available formats include Final Cut Pro, Final Cut Express, and Windows Movie Maker.
