Overview

For best results, send the highest-quality copy source tape possible. If the videotape being provided is the original or “master”, be sure a back-up copy is made and retained before sending VideoOttawa.ca the original

Only submit material not protected by copyright or it will be returned at your expense.

An external Flash drive or hard drive is required to save the video files. Customers can supply their own or VideoOttawa.ca can provide an external hard drive for an additional fee.

VideoOttawa.ca Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged tapes and photos.

By supplying tapes, photos or other material to VideoOttawa.ca, customers acknowledge, understand, and agree that VideoOttawa.ca will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay which may occur during shipping or the transfer production process.

  • Accepted formats: VHS, S-VHS, VHS, Hi-8, 8mm video, Umatic, DVCAM, MiniDV, Betamax, Betacam SP
  • $12. per tape on same DVD
  • 2 hours maximum total runtime per DVD
  • Choice of themes available for DVD menus
  • Video editing services available @ $90 per hour ($45 min. charge)
  • Blu-Ray format available. If Blu-Ray on regular DVD (20 minutes max) add $10
  • Additional DVD copies @ $10. each

  • Price is for client supplied Flash drive/external drive (16 GB USB Flash drive available @ $19.99 each)

  • Videotape to PC format • AVI, MPEG
