About Roger Nissenbaum
A French-born graduate of McGill University, Roger Nissenbaum spent 19 years with CBC/Radio-Canada as a News, Public Affairs and “specials” producer in both English and French services divisions.
Prior to that, Roger worked as a foreign broadcaster liaison at the 1976 Olympic Games with the Olympic Radio and Television Organization (ORTO) division of CBC. Roger has been in private business since 1995 working on a wide-range of projects in both official languages. These works include promotional and educational pieces for the medical division of Nobel of Sweden, Atomic Energy Safety Commission, Notra Environmental, Safety-Kleen Corporation, First Air, Genivar, Statistics Canada, Forum of Federations and many others.
Roger Nissenbaum has also produced and written documentaries for CBC/Radio-Canada and TV Ontario and possesses extensive press and P.R. experience.
A passionate reader, Roger is interested in current affairs, politics and history and aviation.
